British Mega Lottery - Imperial Financiers Management Group big ripoff for you pay for your winnings Winnipeg Canada

I just got my letter from the British Mega Lottery. I was supposed to be a winner and get $107,646.00. No way. They said I had to send them $199.00 to re-activate my case. The letter was delivered "too late".

That was the first phone call I made. The second time I did not tell the girl my name. She told me they had "my" check right there on her desk. I immediately asked her what the name was on the check.

She put me through to my contact agent (Eddy King) at that point. He told me because it was too late to claim my winnings the check is no good. He was very nasty about the whole thing.
I asked him what my guarantee was that I would receive anything. He could only tell me if I did not send them money I would forfeit my winnings.

Who ever heard fo paying for what you have already won?
The check I received along with the letter was from a sponsor known as Target Media Partners (a publishing company from LA, California) for $2998.76 (clearance fees).
