As a former investor with these guys (namely, Brian Layton and Zach Todd), I had a rather negative experience overall. Had to resort to a lien on their project's property to ensure repayment on the loan they defaulted on. Feel free to contact me to hear about my experiences and the excuses they provided along the way, as I would be happy to share them.
