I am retired and on Social Security due to Multiple Sclerosis-not able to walk very good at all. Well things went bad after I had to retire from work and our house was being forclosed on-(not enough income anymore and to many bills). I had sadly placed an ad in the paper for my horses. Then these people were my daughters supposed to be 'friends' called and wanted to buy both horses. I was glad-they were going together and I didn't have to worry about them being hit. Well they paid $500.00 down and would pay the balance by August (they said September-I thought it was August). Well August came so my daughter went to see them and Tricia gave her a check for $1000.00. That was the end of the money. I had to take these people to court-still no money-and no horses. They then took off and moved and my horses are gone. Every court proceeding or paper cost me money I do not have. They moved to the address in Buffalo, MN. but my horses are not at the house there. I still have the papers on the horses so I would go get them but I have no idea where they are. These people stole a crippled persons horses, they have 2 little girls which I am wondering what kind of values they are teaching them when they themselves can steal from a crippled person. The money was going to put a fence up at our new home so our dogs could run and play in the yard. The dogs had only a 12 x 12 kennel and it just wasn't big enough so on September 24th, 2007 we had to put our beloved german sheperds down. They went kennel crazy after being able to run on 49 acres their whole life and now could not run at all.
I have had to pay for every court paper out of my social security check, get anything served cost $118.00, I have gotten no reply from these people and no money and no horses. They used to hang horse thieves-I wish they did now. Maybe then I would get my money or my horses from these thieves!
The horses are a grey Arabian and a Chestnut Peruvian Paso.

maybe they will do a piece aobut it on TV and someone will know where the horses are and call in. The you take the court orders and the police and go and get them. Good luck
