Brittni Van Vranken Roberts Who is employed by 1st Lake Properties has been caught making false reviews about Bella Ridge Apartments which is in New Orleans / River Ridge Louisiana. She did this to make the ratings go up and give a false impression of the property. She also convinced her husband Scotty Roberts to post a fake review using his Facebook. It’s not just Facebook they have been posting fake reviews on Google, Yelp and other sites and have a website up called birdseye  (Birdeye.com) which is designed to let them pick and choose which reviews go on that site. They pay a monthly fee so they can have what amounts to a controlled review site where all the reviews are approved by them before they are posted so they have 5 stars. This means they leave out all the truthful negative reviews.  So in reality they would have about a 2 star rating if it wasn’t for the fake reviews Brittni Van Vranken posted and her husband Scotty Roberts. So Brittni Van Vranken and Scotty Roberts sat there and lied and made some fake 5 star reviews.

They do this because the residents that live at the property have written reviews about how Bella Ridge Apartments are not worth the cost and have so many issues including rude workers. Brittni Van Vranken Roberts judging by her willingness to post fake reviews in an attempt to deceive would-be tenants has absolutely no ethics and has no issue with lying to people in order to try and make herself look good.  It would be a good idea to stay away from Bella Ridge Apartments or any 1st lake property since this seems to be the way they operate, through lies and deception.

Look at the pictures, Brittni Van Vranken is flipping the camera off in front of her parents, she has no respect and is just a foul mouthed person with a bad attitude, she is there kissing some guy who isn’t her husband that says a lot about her. She is so used to getting away with bad behavior and thought she could get away with lying to people and posting fake reviews.  Brittni Van Vranken Roberts is a no good liar who isn’t to be trusted.
