Broad And Cassel Attorneys At Law, Ron Gache, Carl Romano Rouge Attorneys, Ronald Gache & Carl Romano represented and perpetuated multi million dollar Advance Fee Loan Scam through a Canadian Career Criminal named Moishe Alexander AKA Sandy Hutchens with full knowledge that the victims were being ripped off for millions. This report is being filed in an effort to make sure that no other victims will fall prey to the Law firm of Broad and Cassel and the two dishonest Rouge Lawyers that are employed by the firm. Ronald Gache and Carl Romano.

So far the scam involves over 12 known cases of would be borrowers (Builders, Developers and private individuals) who collectively were bilked of over $3,000,000. (so far that we know of) in Advance loan fees based on the representatins, recommendations and assurances of both Ronald Gache and Carl Romano that the lender 308 Elgin Street / Canadian Funding Corp. owned by Moishe Alexander AKA Sandy Hutchens was a legitimate mortgage lender and that the law firm had checked them out and had done full due diligence as to the lenders ability to fund hundreds of millions of dollars in loan transactions. Based on Broad and Cassel being a large supposedly reputable law firm, both Carl Romano and Ronald Gache represented to the victims that they verified and had done full due diligence on the lender. As a result the victims fell prey to this Canadian Crimminal and were defrauded collectively of millions of dollars. This advise and recommendations were given to would be borrowers after they were fully aware of a long term pattern of conduct of advance loan fees being stolen from several borrowers and loans were never funded and fees being forfeited and stolen by Moishe Alexander AKA Sandy Hutchens. Both Carl Romano and Ronald Gache were made aware in March of 2008 by email in writing and by telephone conversations that Sandy Hutchens AKA Moishe Alexander was a Career Criminal with a 20 year criminal record. Sandy Hutchens changed his named to Moishe Alexander to hide his criminal past. He is currently on probation for previous crimes and just came off a "house arrest" for other scams committed in Canada. Even after hundreds of thousands of dollars had been scammed from other victims both Carl Romano and Ron Gache continued to refer their clients as recent as May 2008 to this Canadian Criminal and allow the clients to be ripped off for millions of dollars. One developer in Orlando has been defrauded out of $1,800,000. in advance fees for a 300 million loan that never materialized. Other victims have ripped of for $6500. on smaller loans. Other cases of $40,000. $50,000. Appraisal, fees, inspection fees, Attorney fees. The list goes on and on. The damages caused by Broad and Cassel goes into the multi millions and millions of dollars. Why would a large law firm involve themselves in a scam that had a long term pattern of an obvious fraud? Answer: Billable hours and Greed. Broad and Cassel has collected hundreds of thousands of dollars representing and negotiating these loans that never materialize.
