broadalbin hotel did not finish work and paid for new suppression system but installed used equipment Broadalbin New York

mike osborne was paid to install a kitchen which included stainless steel walls and a hood with fire suppression system.  the stainless walls, to this date, have not been finished.  also the NEW fire suppression system (pro teck) was not installed, a USED system was installed instead.  when getting the 6 month inspection from another company it did not pass,  short cuts and inferrier equipment was used including a tank that was 8 years old. 

frank ward was used to install the system, many errors were made installing the equipment leaving me with a system that would not pass.  when frank was asked why he did or didn't properly install the equipment his lack of knowledge of proper installation was obvious.  thank goodness i did not have a fire because the improper installation would have not allowed the system to extinguish the fire.
