BroadStar Internet Services Poor Service of Internet Spring Texas
I have raised a maintenance request with Stoneleigh on the Lake Apartments
I have raised a request 2299031. Please solve my internet problem. BroadStar promised 30Mbps. but I have tested through their (http://speedtest.broadstar.com) for Houston speed test Server (Google Chrome). Download Speed is 5.20 Mbps and Upload Speed is 5.80. I am paying for 30 Mbps. If leasing Management would not take action against them. It is false statement and fraudulent activity by BroadStar. I want speed by today or tomorrow. I will wait for 2 days. If I am not going to get the service, I will sue BroadStar Internet Services for 20 Million Dollars on their false statements. It is duty and responsibility of Leasing Management whether they are providing services of 30 Mbps or not. Apartment Leasing Management is not working on this issue actively. Why Apartment Leasing Management is not taking actions against BroadStar Internet Services? How many Units are suffering from low internet Service?

During our troubleshooting today, I have seen that you are currently getting about 6 mpbs for your download speed. Please be assured that we are working to get this issue resolved. Your service report has been escalated to our tier two tech support team. Your reference ticket number is 173137. You will be receiving a call as soon as we have an update on the issue.
Since one year Broadstar providing 5Mbps service but charges were made for 30 Mbps. Stone Leigh on the Lake Apartments is having around 228 or 250 Apartments. For all these units BroadStar providing service only about 6 Mbps but these renters were charged for 30 Mbps about $63.81 (65 dollars) every month.
Customer Service quality is very strongly poor. I called customer service mountain times I need to hang up for 40 or 50 minutes then they would pick the call and says technical service is testing the speed test.
They router is the probelm. I removed the router tested directly with their
http://speedtest.broadstar.com hiting on Houston Speed Test Server.
It was showing up as Download Speed 5.89 Mbps and Upload Speed: 3.54 Mbps.

I am waiting for them to resolve the issue by providing 30Mbps of Internet Service till Monday. BroadStar promised within 48 hours, it would be solved. It is possible for on unit # 1217 Technically it is not possible for them. They have to install new services with the speed of 30 Mbps for around 250 units in Stone Leigh on the Lake Apartments.
