Broadway Auto Sales Auto fraud westville New Jersey

 Purchased a 2006 saturn ion for my daughter's first car. The sales man swore how excellent condition of the vehicle. Low and behold about a month or so later. I recieved a recall notice from the original dealer for 2 issues with the ignition and 1 with power steering unit. I contacted the dealership, they blamed me for not getting car history. I filed a complaint with the bbb and found the vehicle had 2 prior accidents and one was front end. The dealer submitted a car report from auto check, never heard of that. Dated july 11, 2016, 4 months after i purchased. Again blaming me for not getting car history. They are responsible for disclosing the vehicles mechanical condition. By failing to inform me of the issues, in new Jersey that is auto fraud by miss representing the value of the vehicle. They put my 17 year old daughter's life in danger. The gm recall is related to deaths. They are more worried about making money. Fraud
