BGM called me at work on 11/1/2011. Officer John Wrigth is the person who i talke to first. He called himself an officer to make me scared. He asked me if my local police department called me yet.  I said no for what ? Your inforamtion is on the internet right. I said yes. I said what is this abourt you have a payday loan for US payday loan. I said no i dont. He harassment me so bad till did'nt know what to do. I ask Officer John Wright if he had a badge number he paused and made up 971 .  Officer Wright  I asked him the address of the company and he told me he could not give that information to me . Officer Wright wanted me to send him my ID picture and i said no i could not do that.  Then he transfered me to Officer Mike Johnson who took all my information and payment plan. I asked Mike Johnson (Officer) for a letter about the company and the name of the debt collector, he told me that after the payments i would receive a letter in the mail.

This company has broken all the laws of collection agencies (Fair Debt Collection Practices ACT (FDCPA).
Harassment, Calling my job,  i didnt receive a letter Within 30 days, Misrepsentation of the BGM employees.  Not knowing what company i was paying the money to.

I cancled my debt card. What to do if they call me next month?

scam

AUTHOR: GeorgeV - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, December 23, 2011

this is a scam for you to give them your credit card numberso they can go out and buy flat screens, compters or whatever they want to onyour dime.

these people are not a company they are just scammers trying to steal your money. I hope you reported your credit card stolen and didnt just cancel it cause they can still charge to a cancelled account, my bank told me "the charges reopened the account."

you see if you gave them you picture and other ID stuff they would steal your identity and open credit lines as you, then a month later you would get the bills and the credit card company would have your picture,ss number drivers license to prove it.

you will be seriously screwed.

change you phone number and bank account numbers before your wiped out.
