Broadway Photo & Video Additional Charges for Items Supplied with the original Package Brooklyn New York

On May 16. 2007 I ordered a Fujifilm Finepix S6000fd Camera from Broadway Photo over the internet as a graduation gift. I printed off the billing and a copy of the items included with the camera.

Later in the day when I did not have access to my computer internet service, I received a phone cal from them telling me the order I had placed did not include memory card, batteries, and other basic items to get the camera up and running. The said in order to do that, I would need to spend additional money to buy the accessories.

As it was a graduation gift and I wanted it to be operational and I was unable to verify at that time if they were telling me the truth, I agreed to that charge, if what they were telling me was correct.

Later that night I researched the information and discovered they had lied and the purchase I made included all the additional items. I E-mailed them that night and informed them I would not pay the additional charges.

I called on the phone after receiving the order and the billing and was hung up on while trying to resolve the dispute. To this date 7-23-07, the issue is unresolved.
