Broadway Photo advertises the Olympus Stylus 770 SW online for $290. After you order, you get an email directing you to call and "confirm" your order.
When you call, the salesman first tries to sell you various grossly overpriced accessories. When you decline, he asks if you want a warrantee. When you tell him that the website states that a one year warrantee, he replys that the camera advertised is a gray market camera, and the warrentee is not good in the USA, but for $339, you can purchase the USA model with a warrantee.
The website says nothing about this being a gray market camera. This is deceptive advertising at it's worst. Stay away from Broadway Photo.
