Broadway photo's WEB site is misleading and deceptive. From the WEB site they tell you the product comes with all Manufactures accessories. What they don't tell you is that they get different "special" packages from the manufacture that don't contain the same items you would get purchasing it anywhere else. They package lower end batteries, lower end chargers, 90 day warranty instead of 1 year... etc.

I also got the sales pitch on how I needed to spend another $80 if I don't want the crappy battery and charger that normally ships with the camera. Not really knowing what equipment came with it, I purchased the upgrade package. Turns out I upgraded to the battery and charger that everyone else already gets with the "REAL" camera package. I could have went to Walmart and got the "REAL DEAL" for less money. I spoke to several reps on the phone and got no-where. I can return the item minus shipping and a 5% restocking fee.

When I enquired about the restocking fee, they referred to the purchase agreement you click on that no-one reads. They were very arrogant and kept asking me "I'm not sure what it is you want". Very un-professional.
