I check their website and it looked great and I saw a camera with extded warranty for $420 all inclu.

I called to confirm the time it will take to ship, the sales guy, booked the order, buy he gave a better rate of 388 all incl. I was surprised and happy. I asked him to hold and give me a number so Ican do it online, he said he almost did and completed it. Now I gave him my email id and phone number apart from other info.

When I received the package I was billed 488 ($100 more) I tried to call and who ever took the phone hung up. But finally after a couple of days i had a customer service guy talkign to me but very arrogant.

He tried to scare me saying I am going over the conversation...but what he missed was I have all the things jotted down. After he completed I went over and he said that his supervisor is still going over and its taking a longer

and finally he couldnt make believe me that I am wrong, so he agreed to pay $35. He was arrogant, every now and then he goes off and never talks to me for 10 min.but I was persistent so he went back and forth and keep increaseing $10 so finally I gave up once I got $80 back.

This company is a serious scam..

He offered me a 3 year extd warranty, but the camera came with only 90 days, so he sent me 2 yrs warr and trying to explaing that 90days is consdiered year 1 and then I have 2 years - whichis a total BS.

They entered no email id in the invoice, and a wrong phone number (actually the phone number of the sales agent)

Another trick : They say what you have a US / Japan model and if you argue they will say that the quote is for china model which is fake.

Racist : They say a chinese will not buy a chinese model.... Scam artist.

Another trick : they quoted 420 for a camcorder and suggestet to buy the $500 model. (of the same) - when asked for the difference
Reason 1) first the 500 is a US model and 420 is a china model
reason 2) 500 has all the accesories and 420 will come with the camcorder alone and you will have to spend for battery wires etc.

BUT their website totally contradicted with all their claims - and they say their website is not having updated complete info.
