Brock Felt from what I see ran from Tampa Florida and moved to Lehi Utah to get out of major court cases against him for defrauding his customers out of their money.

Brock Felts has new cover companies to mask his new scams called Bulk Yes,  Startupelevated.com and /www.Eventbrite.com and engaged in fraudulent activities.

Brock claims to help companies distribute their products to hundreds of online stores to increase sales across the Internet yet once he takes your money he never completes the task and runs off with your $200.00.  One of Brocks fake marketing platforms to do this is called Bulk Yes and another is StartUpElevated where he clians he can get you funding for your new company for a fee yet never does what he says and leaes you pennyless while he lives the good life off of his stolen money.

I engaged these people that Brock works under to hide his name but I never get anyone back. One of the men was named Mark and another Brandon along with Brock Felt but none of them ever replied back to me and eventually disappeared.  In February 2017 Brock said he needed $2000.00 plus and was very high pressured about it. He claimed he needed the money to do integration work and load up my products onto their software he claimed was called PlatformOne.

After several high pressure calls and Brock claiming he can put my products in over 2000 online stores within days I wired funds into one of his partners accounts.  After about 1 week of no activity I started to get concerned because up until Brock got my money their was continues communication and now zero calls or call backs.  Finally when I did get ahold of Brock Felt he claimed either Mark or Bransdon were working on my acount yet he would never show me any results of any online access like he said he would, I was finally starting to think that I had been scam by him and it was true. As I was right things with Brock never progressed and then his excusses started to flow out and he refused to return any of my money after doing NOTHING on a fake platform with fake companies and people.

After he ripped me off I started to look Brock Felt up more and found he hides money offshore so the United States Courts cant get him plus he has bank accounts under his friends and famaly and their business bank accoutns as well.

Brock Felt has been involved in a major class action lawsuit showing him defrauding others out of millions of dollars in Tampa Florida and now Utah.

I have found other who have taken legal action against Brock Felt as as person and his fake companies The coming weeksI have seen filed class action lawsuits against him on behalf of the multiple companies they have stolen money from and provided zero services.

I found that other customers that Brock Felt has ripped off have communicated with the Salt Lake City Police Department and the Salt Lake District Attorneys Office and providing them the name's and numbers of each of the companies defrauded by the above individuals.

Brocks new companies that he advertises on his Linked Page and is Facebook is www.Startupelevated.com which turns into another fake company named https://www.Eventbrite.com  and he claims it to be Salt Lake Shark Tank and he claims if you give him up front fees you will make millions with your new company and he will personally get you capital to start yet nothing ever appreas to be seen.

Now Brock is advertising for people to give him upfront money to show them how to make money with their new company called www.Startupelevated.com yet you never hear of any success stories. He promises to introduce you to investors yet nothing ever comes out of anything except Brock Felt getting your money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!

BROCK FELT CONTINUED RIP OFF

AUTHOR: Roger - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, July 23, 2018

Dear Brock,

You are not here to help and as I can see you have a 10-year history of ripping all kinds of people off and you continue to do so until today and more. You claim you worked for Platform One and that this was your company and that for a $2500.00 fee you would put products online to reach 2000 plus online stores.

I see from another rip off report that you have ripped off others as well and you are taking up front fees and not doing what is agreed upon. You are criminal in every way and will be dealt with by the D.A office like in Tampa. You can’t keep taking people’s money and run, you are committing wire fraud and simple fraud in general and this I against the law and us consumers will be protected against people like you.

Also, from people who have contacted me from this post I see you are still scamming money from your other fake businesses called www.Startupelevated.com which turns into another fake company named https://www.Eventbrite.com.

I’m told that you take random pictures with celebrities and act as if you have a real connection to de draud your client base into beleiving them that you can help build brand recognition for them and you take up front fees when the truth is that you are only taking selfies with celebrities who do not know you or your business and they have no idea the scam you are doing. These posts have really send a lot of people to file against you and your scam.

You have private investors looking into your fraudulent activities as well as the state and local.

Sincerely,

Another ripped off customer by Brock Felt

I'm here to help out.

Roger,

Thanks for taking the time to share your frustrations. I'm just as frustrated as you and would like to help out if I can.

I am not an owner of BulkYES. But I am familiar with them because we had an office next to them for a while and we had a shared conference room space. We have sat in on meetings with the owners and their clients to see if we could help with any marketing but nothing ever came of those.

The owners of BulkYES are Mark Hufstetler and Ryan Dorsey.

You can see this on the Utah State website here: https://secure.utah.gov/bes/details.html?entity=10153455-0151

If you feel like you have been scammed in some way I would reccommend you contact the Salt Lake City Police Department.

They've been really helpful in resovling issues. If you are out of state you can do it through thier website here:

http://www.slcpd.com  They'll ask you for a copy of your agreement with BulkYES and a reciept.

I'm sorry you're going through this. If I can help in any way please feel free to reach out to me Brock@startupelevated.co m
