BroGame continues to procrastinate resolving this dispute. One order was not delivered the other was cancelled and not refunded.

Circle jerk with BroGame involves asking for a refund and BroGame responds with an email asking for permission to refund.

I respond 'YES I Want A Full Refund of All orders', and also ask them to provide documentation of digital receipt/shipment of first order. BroGame then asks me for permission to refund cancelled order but refuses to acknowledge my request for documentation.

Communication is nonsensical, almost as if this verbal procrastination communication process will result in frustration and surrender of funds.
