 This company have committed fraud and deceptive trade practice regarding payment agreement.

 After many attempts and calls with the accounting department (Erika and Sarah Sandoval),they've failed to pay the outstanding balance for orders completed from 09/15/2012 to 01/26/2013. The accounting dept have promised so many times to send the payment to us, to this date we haven't received one penny from. This company already got paid from Lender or Company who requested the BPO orders that I already have completed without a payment.

 According with their agreement check payments should be issued and sent within 30 days after completion, a year almost passed, and I have not received any payments yet. On august 1, 2013, I sent an email to Sarah Sandoval from Broker Price Opinion and to Ashley Martin from First Valuation (it seems these two companies are associated)advising them of my last attempt to collect this payment, gave them 72hrs to respond, otherwise I will submit a formal complaint to the General Attorney of Colorado State. 1 week passed, no responsed from anyone, as 08/07/2013 I filed a formal complain with the General Attorney of the State of Colorado. If you've been ripped off by this company, please submit your online complain to the General Attorney of the State of Colorado, per thier own email I received,  if the number of complains rise to a level that indicates a widespread of deceptive practice from this company, as defined by the Colorado Consumer Protection Act, this office will further review complains against the company for legal intervention.
