I went to the Acai-Slim site through Oprah's website. I saw that we received a 30 day free sample so I ordered it. I had to pay shipping which I thought was fair.
I did receive the products and I thought it was a done deal. I have since received bogus charges to my account. I called the customer service number and was told that I would not be charged but charges have since gone through.
I made some phone calls and found out I was a memeber of the 'Fit-Factory' which I did not want. I was told to call back during business hours to cancel my "membership". I called the number for Acai Berry and no one ever asnswered the number......interesting!!!
I am hoping that when I call back during normal business hours that I am able to cancel whatever memberships I am now a member of, and also stop these bogus charges.
