FDCPA Violators of the highest degree. This company is beyond corrupt and totally illegitimate. They've called my wife's family members, made ridiculous threats over the phone about outrageous court costs and ruining our lives, and ILLEGALLY debited my checking account without my permission using the information I provided from a previous payment. Do not send them a dime! They are scandalous and are notorious for not reporting settled accounts to your credit report. Educate yourself on the FDCPA! They've violated this act on 38 accounts in my dealings alone, and I'm in the process of suing them as well as trying to expose them for the bottom feeding scum they are. They are NOT attorneys/lawyers and are limited to act solely in the state of New York. They will demand payment in full over the phone and make bogus absurd threats in an attempt to intimidate the debtor into paying. They prey on the fact most consumers are misinformed on what's legal, fair, and allowable- and what is NOT. This subsidiary of the equally repugnant "Collect America" corporation are the lowest of the low and need to be stopped.
