This person is completely retarded, and if you are an ebay seller, you should avoid them at all costs.

Sellers are now reporting these people to rip off report and other venues, since our hands have been tied by ebay in not being able to leave negative feedback. This means if someone doesn't pay us, we can't leave a negative. This goes for if they have false ebay registered contact info, can't read english, never read their emails, etc

with the ebay id brookiiiee falls under this problem. They should be added to your blocked bidder list immediately if you are a seller. If you read their feedback left, they have caused problems for many sellers.

This person ordered a special order in our ebay store. This stated clearly that the item was special order and would ship once it came in. Not only this, they paid 15 days late. A few days after paying 15 days late they filed a paypal complaint on an item that clearly stated it was a special order, and because they were in Australia could take up to 21 business days in a worst case scenario. We offered to refund.

Being a seller, we have to file a mutual refund agreement to get our fees back, sicne we refunded and there was no sale. WITHOUT EVER READING THEIR EMAIL, they left a negative claiming that we filed a non-pay, which we did not. We filed a notice where both parties agree that it was refunded and the seller is refunded fees, and nothing happens to the buyer. Yet they left a negative because we took care of them, they paid late, and couldn't read.

I would avoid this person at all costs. Due to new feedback rules, when this happens we sellers now have to sue buyers in small claims court to receive a court order to have it removed. This person is now in the process of being sued, and because they signed a legally binding contract, will have to pay all court costs (which they agreed to in the auction, but probably didn't read either).

Avoid this person. They are probably causing problems on other venues!
