Just for the record i attended school when it was called aibt ARIZONA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY,

IN 1995 i graduated nov 95 was never given job placement as promised never even a certified copy of  certificate just a copy on standard white copy paper rolled up as a sick joke i guess. i was told i would get the certified copy in mail.  not only did i not get it school was no longer where it was and it was no longer AIBT  i recently had Mesa Community college pull up my US Department of education and student loans data system files and all i can say is wow wtf?   much to my suprise there is n for middle initial which mine is r student enrollment status states i never attended no student street address ,  student enrollment status NEVER ATTENDED   and its from brookline college in 94-95 grant year yet there is new loan date 03/31/200 and loan attending school name  FOR (SCHOOL CODE FOR CONSOLIDATED LOAN)

how in the bloody heck is it possible for these people to continue collecting loans in my name when i have the transcript that states AIBT  graduation 11/25/95  NOT BROOKLINE COLLEGE,  STATUS SHOWS NEVER ATTENDED BROOKLINE COLLEGE YET they had loan disbursments clear up till 06/17/1997 before cancelling 63 dollars of all this money they have collected in my name since  after i graduated AIBT 

thats fricken bullshit and i really need some advice on what to do about this they are saying that i know owe  33000, 00 on a 8000 dollar loan i took out for one year of classes that were not transferable and never got official sealed certificate no longer at same location i attended from 2/95  and completed a certificate program on 11/95 how is it they collected all new loans in my name the whole time for close to two years at brookline college which i never even attended brookline college to begin with is insanity....  I need some where to go for legal help on this anyone have any suggestions on how to handle this

This campus is a joke. The operations are scketchy and the administrators teachers and execs are all on the take. Either for "favors" or payoffs.  As long as they get the student aid they will stop at nothig to get mo money!  Koilita is a little dude ina big position but he knows nothing about schools, education and at least student retlationships.  Luis talsk about Kolita behind his back at all times but just plays the game to keep collecting the big paycheck.  I wont be surprised when a real investigation occurs and all these little minions are caught up in the illegal hiring, and scamming of students. 

Brookline should be shut down and the current staff fired!
