I have empathy towards the victims seen here. I can relate the Rip-Off experience of the victims at Kaplan University, because I was terribly ripped off by Brooks Institute of Photography located in Ventura County, California after signing the Promissory Note to find out that the teachers were not certified, the classes were unapproved and the school was not accredited.

Even after I left, this school continued to cash my student loan more than $4,000, which the Student Loan Dept continued to harass me for the money that I did not owe or authorize. I contacted the Ombudsman of Education, which refused to ask the money back from the school. I became the victim of this school that was eventually on the Ventura Newspaper headline for FRAUD, DECEPTION, PERJURY, RIP-OFF and more charges. I missed the Class Action Lawsuit against Brooks Institute that was completed before I discovered it.

Currently, I was considering Kaplan University for possible enrollment from the 4-star reviews on Kaplan University's website. I am lucky this time because of your valuable information that saves my time and money, to which I am grateful.
