I wrote my complaint already once. The man sold me a sick puppy that almost died.

*The biggest offender is the Williamsport store his dishonest lying son runs, O'kane Junior. They have had massive complaints, to the SPCA, The Dept of Agriculture, the dog officer, and consumers. It is horrendous. Very sick puppies many have died. Due to allergies I can only have certain breeds, so I made the mistake of buying a puppy from these monsters. It had parvo, ear mites and was underweight. When I saw that face I couldn't abandon him. With around the clock care by myself (a nurse) and numerous vet visits, and hundreds of dollars he survived. They do not honor their crappy warranty, so know upfront you are on your own. He says the same lies to everyone, I found out from his other victims. Of course his worse victims can't speak for themselves. The rebuttals were laughable, adopted puppies, no buddy we bought them, the creep running the place is not doing charity work. He is making puppy mills and himself rich on their suffering. He could care less what happens to those puppies. Lesson learned. Animal activist, business people, rescues, need to put this person and his miserable abuser family out of business.The worst store is run by his lying, son, so daddy turns a blind eye.
