Brookstone Law Group AKA United Law Group Former United Law Group - Damian Kutzener and Vito Torchia Jr. Fraudsters Irvine, California

BE CAREFUL!!!

First off, these are all members of the prior UNITED LAW GROUP. The law group was a scam, the head attorney Sean Rutledge was disbarred, and the head of operations is Damian Kutzner. Damian is the scum of the earth.  The new head attorney, Vito Torchia Junior was one of the attorneys at the United Law Group as well; new name, same illegal outfit.

b. Damian Kutzner: Damian is an insecure slickster with a MAJOR inferiority complex. He is the money and "brains" behind the operation. Here is what he does: He finds an attorney who is flailing in today's economy. Usually a younger gentlemen who went to a lesser known school and exploits him for profit. Damian offers the attorney the chance to front the law firm (read: EGO), and agrees to put up the money. In exchange, the attorney acts like a Puppet, usually pockets the money and does little to no work. In this case, the puppet is Vito - which is strange since he was an attorney at Damian's prior firm "United Law Group" where its lead attorney, Sean Alan Rutledge was disbarred. So clearly, he is fully aware of the operation and has agreed to take part in it.  He should suffer whatever fate the California Bar and Feds hold for him.

Since these people are GREEDY, the best thing to do is report them to the California Bar and put them out of business.

For the attorneys at the firm, find another way to survive - its not worth going to jail and becoming someone's "girlfriend" for the greater good of Damian.
