brookstone law/vito torchela deceptive,manipulative,unprofessional crooks,heartless newport beach California

thank u for taking the time to listen.I  had been loking for a loan modification for awhile when i recieved a flyer from brookstone law stating that i had possible action against b of a.they stated that a judge had allready ruled and awarded a sum to be divided between victims.

brookstone told me i needed a third party apinnion on wether i was a valid victim to the tune of 1250 dollars.in ther oppinion i met all the requirements to validate a claim.

so i retained brookstone to add me to their mass joiner aggainst b of a.they told me it should only take 6 mons.3000 up front and then 250 a month for a year folowed by an addendom of 59 amonth till settled.

it took them  from sept 2012 till nov of 2013 to file case witch has been continued till????? during this time i had talk with them about filing bankrupsy for me to posepone forcloser of my home that i had owned  since 1996 .when i came to brookstone i told them i wasnt planning on giving up my home they said in chapter 13 the house would be strukterd into bk so i wouldent lose home if i couldent get modification.

so in may of 2014 i recieved letter of defalt but i was still talking to b of a about mod. in sept 2013 i retained brookstone to handle my bankrupsy paid 1850 up front for bk.the sale date on my house was posponed 3 times brookstone notifying me of dates after many phone calls of mine worrying that they wouldnt file in time.

in mid november 2013 i asked them to go ahead with filing because i had a waig garnishment against me lawfirm said ok called my employer and got waige garniment lifted so i asumed bk had been filed.the next week i called and asked for bk case  number for my electric co. secetary gave me a number so again i assumed bk was filed  i had recieved no deniel of mod from b of a ever but on dec 6 2013 i recieved a phone call from a man stating that he just bought my house at action

brookstone had no response to why they didnt file two mons. went by they would not answer calls from me or return my moneies from bk i had to hire another firm to represent me in unlawfull dettainer case. i could not afford another bk attorny so i ask brookstone to file it

twice they filed and twice where thrown out of court for not complying with judges request.

i lost my home that i had owned for 20 yrs that i raised my family in.i lost 300,000 dallors of equity. i have paid brookstone 10,000 dallars for  nothing more than destructive demoralizing misserble, depressing 3yrs
