I bought a brother hl-2170W laser printer and it only gives half the printable pages and drum life that they claim it to give. I replace a drum with every two toner cartridges which they say should last for at least four or five. Also major problems with the paper feed system. I throw away 1 ream of paper for every 3 or 4 I print- mostly when I have to print on both sides. I called corporate and all they say is "Sorry." They won't do anything about it.
