Brown & Brown Chevrolet ripoff had our original lender repo our trade in. Then couldn't get us financed for 2 vehicles. Mesa Arizona

We went to Brown And Brown Chev. we told them we wanted to trade in 2 vehicles that were on one loan. they let us pick out two new ones, we left our trades there and took our new vehicles and left. We were to come back the next day to finish all the papaerwork. They were told since our trade ins were on one loan we had to trade in both because the current lendor would not seperate the loan."NO PROBLEM".
Well we called everyday for two weeks to go sign the paperwork but it was not ready. I get a call from anothor dealership that Brown and Brown had called to see if they could get us financing on one of the cars because B&B could only do one of them. Now the other car dealer calls to talk to me about this and I had no idea what he was talking about.
I called B&B and he says "oh yah we can only get financed for one vehicle not two. I said ok we just want our cars back then and we will bring these back. B&B says" your trades are already gone " So they were going to credit the one vehicle for both trades,but we now had to find someone who would give us a loan for that second vehicle.We did not have bad credit we had just moved here and had new jobs.
Therefore we had to establish some more time on the jobs and residency.He advised us to go to DRIVE TIME (thats another story) we did, got a second car and now we have one from B&B and one from drive time. End of story?
NO!!! B& B calls us two months later and tells us we have to bring back the other vehicle because the loan company found out about the loan with drive time and will not finance us for the other one.( They let it sit too long before proccseing and they had to pull another credit report and then they seen it there(the finance company). Now B&B are being real jerks and want there car back. I asked again about our trades. "There gone" he says.
Later that day when trying to find the trade ins. we found out that they called the lendor of our trade ins and told them to pick up the vehicles that we were surrendering them.(repo) We thought we traded them in.We now owe $12,000 on the original cars and make a 400.00 payment to drive time and we only have one car. If we hadnt got involved with B&B we would have 2 decent vehicle and a $483.00 a month payment(Thats what we started with). I have called Lawyers they want to take the case but I have to pay them 150.00 an hour and I dont have that kind of money. They really screwed us over. We had nice cars we just wanted to get new ones.
