Brown & Joseph Ltd. Robert Shannon Whitt Credit Collection Agency Rolling Meadows, Illinois

A gentelman by the name of Officer Robert "Shannon" Whitt would contact me almost daily to harrass me.  On numerous occassions he told me that he was with the prosecuting attorney's office and that he would have me summonsed to court if I faild to pay a debt, that was not mine.  Everytime h,e called me I was extemely polite until he started to get aggressive with me. I had explained that the debt he was attempting to collect did not belong to me. He insisted that he had the right person. He claimed to be a police office - which is false!! He is an entry -level debt collector. I have filed a complaint against him with the "FCC". If he contacts me again regarding this matter I will in fact, engage cousel, a file a lawsuit against Mr. Whitt personally, and firm Brown & Joseph Ltd.  Word of advice, if you get a call from Shannon Whitt or this company I would immediately hang up the phone and call the FCC and file a complaint. If the calls persist, there are a number of lawyers who will file a lawsuit on a pro-bono basis. These guys are crooks and don't be bothered with them.
