Brown mackie college financial aid advisors loans and classes taken out without my knowledge and now im bring contacted about being garnished Birmingham Alabama

Brown Mackie college Birmingham campus financial aid advisors falsely took out a loan in my name and signed me up for an online class at the Arts institute of pheonix which I had no knowledge of until the other day when I was contacted saying that my income tax check will be garnished. I have never taken an online class. The advisor used my info from my brown Mackie application and signed me up for a loan in 2012 and I am just now being contacted about it. I also got a call from someone at brown Mackie about a year ago asking would I like to enroll again she saw what year I attended and stated that i was there when the fraud was going on with the advisors. I was shocked and she asked me if I had been contacted about it and I replied no and she said well maybe they didn't get you! Now here in 2015 IM receiving calls about an online loan and class that I did not take. But I know that brown Mackie had something to do with it because the information from my brown Mackie app is the same on the arts institution of pheonix app. I am a single mother of three I cannot afford to be garnished and I will not pay for something that I had nothing to do with. If I have to I will be getting a lawyer because this is just not right and they need to be stopped.
