February 28th i received an invoice for my flooring order. I responded via email and said I received the invoice and I sent out a check on March 3rd for $3,600.00 which was the price of the flooring. Lead time for the flooring was supposed to be 3-4 weeks. March 14th he claimed he received the check which was about a week later than it should have arrived. I asked that day via email when the flooring would be ready and he said end of the week which would have been April 10th.April 21st I still have had no answer on when the flooring would be ready.
April 22nd Alec Browne said the flooring is ready for pickup. I asked for a quote to have it shipped and I sent my payment in to have the flooring shipped. May 5th I inquired about a delivery date and sent 3 emails asking for one with no response. May 14th he finally responded and said May 26th.
I requested a tracking number multiple times and Monday May 18th he said he would have one at the end of the week. Saturday May 23rd, Alec Browne said that they were running behind and My order is the next coming out of the mill. He said he will check Tuesday and get me and ETA. He is now going back and saying my order isn't done and a few weeks ago he said it was ready for shipment.I have requested a full refund a couple times with no response.
May 26th I requested my money back and he asked for an address. I provided him with the address and it has now been 6 business days and still havent received anything.
