On May 26th 2015 I have placed my order for over 2000sqf- two different type of wood flooring identified on a website extraordinaryfloors.com. I have spoke with Alec Browne over the phone who assure me that the quality of his products are very good and unique. He has told me over the phone and via email that it will take 4 weeks to get the flooring in. Four weeks went by and nothing so I followed up with a phone call left msg and email, he responded few days later saying that my order is being milled. I aquire about confirmation of the shipping date on multiple occations as i had conractors waiting for the instalation date. I have never got the confirmation. After 8 weeks he told me that my order is half way milled and the stairs are being assembeled. I asked him to ship me the partial order as i have been waiting for a long time. Everytime he come up with another excuse. Its been 12 weeks since I ordered the flooring I have called him last week every day multiple times always got his voice mail, he sent me an email on Friday " I appoligize for not communicating with you. I just lost my brother to cancer, we are making funeral arrangements. I will contact you in the next couple of day" -his exact words. Another excuse my guess, since then i have contacted an investigator and working on this case. Please contact me 971.506.3021 or the police department in North Carilina  as they alredy had multiple complains and are working on the case. We need to make everyone aware that this is a scam so people don't follow the same trap.
