It's Appellate Attorney is Robert L Sirianni Jr. but you may also be dealing with Bob Sirianni, Fran Sirianni, and Jenni Sirianni. Their contract for legal services is a BIASED one-sided contract that favors the Law Firm and not the clients which they represent. They charge a FLAT FEE for their services and DO NOT for any reason issue refunds to clients if they are dissatisified with their legal representation. They attribute the reasoning behind  charging you this NON-REFUNDABLE flat fee to the "confidence" they have in the services they provide. Yeah Right! They also place your fees into a business account rather than an IOLTA (lawyer's trust account) which leaves you the client/consumer with little to no recourse and them NO ACCOUNTABILITY for how your funds are managed by their firm. A loop hole they've so cunningly crafted when luring clients into contracts for legal services. They also hide behind this contract and will not provide you with an itemized statement of fees of how your funds were managed or allocated on your behalf when asked.
