BRTC They sell facial remedies for blackhead and problem skin. They charge your account and make excuses for not sending the product. They tell me they don't have my shipping address. I had to send ti to BRTC Lisa Lee They have no address just website. BEWARE!!! Internet

I ordered 117.00 in beauty products and have not received anything.  BRTC craged my credit card immediately and have not shipped my product.  I sent their website customer support an email requesting feedback.  Her reply was they did not have my shipping address.  I told her it was the same as the billing, which was in my order and she said they had done nothing wrong and refused to cancel my order.  I told her I would ship it back if it did show up.  She said they do not take returns.  I believe I have lost my 117.00 Please beware of this company BRTC.

I finally received my order from BRTC.  They did get my order to me.  They do not offer refunds, only if the product is damaged.  They do not offer cancelations, so be sure you want the product, because you will be stuck with it. 
Hopefully you will not have a problem ordering your product and have to go through customer support.  They are very persistant in making you go through with the order despite any differences of opinion.  I always thought the customer was always right, but not everyone sees it that way. 

This serves as my rebuttal.  Very Honest and No Falsehoods!!

File a dispute ASAP.

Sometimes you have to make crappy companies give "refunds".

In response to this original report. 

I am clarifying what happened and to confirm that BRTCstore.com has not done anything wrong or unethical in this specific matter..

On June 2nd, Lisa Waters ordered some products from our online store.
She entered all information except for full shipping address which is needed to complete and fulfill  our online orders.

We notified her on June 5th asking for her full shipping address-and she demanded a refund stating as well mentioned  ' I cannot do business with companies that do not keep records.
How could you not have my shipping address.  Sorry this is bad business.'. 

We clarified the scenario with her via email stating that her order was ready to process with a  shipping address and there was no need to label us- essentially we were confirming that we would do everything to send this order out.

To our suprise on June 7th- we noticed Lisa had put this report upon us which we feel was completely unjustified even after we told her that her product was processed and ready to send.

On June 8th Lisa wrote" Show me that you sent my order and I will remove the report". Her order was indeed sent out on June 8th via our fulfillment centre with tracking.

We have still yet to here back from Lisa in cooperating with us to delete her claim or to submit a rebuttal which she openly agreed to. 

We felt that Lisa  was being extremely unreasonable and irrational in her demands and wrongfully accused us by writing in this report.
