Bruce Badgett Lies that Bruce Badgett told as CEO of Revive USA Denton Texas

Bruce Badgett told the folllowing lies as CEO of REVIVE USA.

He lied not only to people working for the company ,but he lied and misled investors and potentail investors of the company.

Lie #1 Rich Scheckenbach(formulator scientist)left Advocare because of a difference in philosophy

Truth- Rich was sued by Advocare for fraud and lost a federal civil trial for approximately 11 million.

Lie # 2 The company hit it's goal of 40 investment packages,"zones", by July 31st 2006.

Truth- We really don't know because there is no accounting of the money.

Lie # 3 Money transferred to REvive USA and Bruce Badgett was being used to purchase 4 different products being developed by Rich, computer systems,and packaging.

Truth ,Investors only received a small portion of product in packaging well below the standard shown to investors. We know for a fact that much of that product still has balances owed to it.Not all investors recieved product

Lie # 4 That Bruce paid all of the money owed to Panther Racing in a sponsorship deal.

Truth- we've learned from Panther,that the full obligation was not met.

Lie # 5 The Power Quench was ordered and on the way but turned back at customs and sent back to Russia due to improper paperwork.

Truth,Other than a few samples,Power Quench was never ordered.

Truth, I can go on and on about lies told by this Man. Stay away from any business dealings with Bruce Badgett or his cohort Alan Litvak of Katy Texas.
