Contrived massive/frivolous lawsuits against whistleblowers to conceal crimes clients under gov't investigation.  Skilled at manipulating legal system, judges, and uses court system as a weapon to bludgeon creditors, hide evidence (Obstruct Justice), and destroy/ruin victims who attempt to expose his crimes & clients crimes.  Admitted on his divorce deposition to committing or approving mortgage fraud on at least 15-20 counts.

Found guilty of stealing clients money for $65,000 but never disbarred for this, created multiple shell LLCs to hide assets, frustrate, demoralize victims seeking recompense/restitution.  Recommended for disbarment on several serious complaints in NJ but managed to get by on reprimand only. Lied to Federal Judge in NY numerous times recently to mislead, hide, and conceal truth.   Possibly has ties/friends in high places at the OAE (Office of Attorney Ethics in NJ) or with Judges, Lawyers or Political allies either enabling or supporting him or also deceived by him. Unrestrained mental torturing and abuse of women.  Considered very intelligent but also a Legal Terrorist and a danger to the public.  Pathological liar and a sociopath. Reportedly diagnosed with Narcissistic Personality Disorder preventing reason, logic, 2-way communication and settlement discussions with the aggrieved. Lives in warped reality with relentless intent to punish others. Not remotely aware of the destructive consequences of his actions to innocent others.

Baldinger is currently trying to "buy" the $65,000 judgment awarded against him via his partner in crime Howard Teichman, Esq by using a shell corp in a bankruptcy sale so as to avoid paying out the money he stole.

Baldinger is a highly sophisticated lawyer, very intelligent and has destroyed everyone that has gotten in his way, both financially and emotionally including members of his own family.  However, now, a social conciousness has taken hold of his actions and many of his victims have filed complaints against him and warned others of his devious/deceptive actions so as to protect the innocent.

What goes around, comes around, is a universally accepted law. Now, Baldinger can no longer stop the wheels of justice from biting into his corrupt and totally evil machinations.  Baldinger continues to commit unethical conduct by abusing his legal license so as to get "money" from people.  Baldinger has no soul and this can be proven in a court of law.
