I AM A REAL ESTATE INVESTOR THAT HAS INVESTED IN SEVERAL PROPERTIES OVER A COURSE OF 7 YEARS. I WAS RECENTLY CONTACTED BY THE FORTUNO INC GROUP CLAIMING TO HAVE THE BEST DEALS ON REAL ESTATE NATION WIDE. AFTER PERFORMING MY DUE DILIGENCE ON MANY OF THE PROPERTIES, THE REASON THEY ENCOURAGE YOU TO BUY SIGHT UNSEEN IS TO PREVENT THE AMATEUR INVESTOR FROM DISCOVERING, TERMITE DAMAGE, CLOUDS ON A TITLE, MURDERS AT THE PROPERTY, PREVIOUS DRUG HOUSES FOR SALE ETC....
I OBVIOUSLY DID NOT DECIDE TO BUY BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DEAL IF YOU ARE BUYING A LEMON YOU ARE THE ONE WHO GETS SQUEEZED IN THE END. I DID CONTACT SOME OF THEIR TESTIMONIALS AND MORE THAN 60% HAD WISHED THEY HAD NOT BOUGHT PROPERTY FROM FORTUNO.

All our properties come with title insurance, there are no clouds, they are free & clear, and have the title policy to prove it.
All of our properties were foreclosures that the bank took back up to a year or more before we bought them and are sold as-is to us, and we sell them as-is to those who buy them from us...they are foreclosures...and are sold just like everyone else sells foreclosures, especially if you buy in bulk or from a tape.
I do not know who you could have talked with, but the customers our office speaks with on a daily basis are very happy. Please call our office and do your own due-dillegence.
