Dr. Larrick is the worse practitioner I've ever been to. Like on of the reviewers, he's one of the few that is included in my plan.
He is very unprofessional, intimidating, and often scolds patients for expressing some concerns. The decorations are also very weird, but that is the least of my concerns.
For my first consultation, I would be exaggerating if I say that he look in my mouth for more than 15 seconds. He basically said that my teeth were fine despite my complaints of swollen gums around my erupting wisdom teeth. He told me not to even worry about it and to wash off with chloraseptic.
My second visit he didn't even look at my mouth. I just got a cleaning (despite of me stil complaining about random infections).
Finally I had to show up as an emergency (six months later). He finally looked at my X-rays and say that my wisdom teeth had to be removed.....duh!! I looked at my x-ray and the teeth were growing sideways!! They are erupting through my gums, hence the imflamations, infections and bad odor.
What does it take for him to pay a little attention to your mouth?? I don't know what the previous reviewer is smoking, but I've heard many complaints from friends, people in the industry, and even his employees!
I'm definetally not coming back to him. Don't believe me? Go take a look for yourself.

I have been in Gainesville for two years and found Dr. Larrick in the phone book. I went to another dentist who prepped me and at the last minute asked me to leave the office since I could not afford the $500 charge at that time. I did not find this at Dr. Larricks office, not only is his office clean and full of interesting dental nick-naks his credentials and articles written about his accomplishments, on the whole, gave me a sense of ease and comfort. Dr. Larrick and his staff gave me what I needed and only what I needed. It is possible that this person didn't need what SHE thought she needed.
I personaly feel that the internet should not be used to slander business owners who may or may not have wronged another.
