As usual unable to use facts or the

truth Bruce likes to embellish a bit. First things first, Bruce as I found out

later does have two partners who are great guys, Bruce chose to sell around

them and when he was confronted by one of the partners if Bruce had sold a license

to someone in Florida his answer was no! We know that was a lie, E-Mail and

Phone Texts I have about twenty five of each with a number of them relating to

his excuses why he could never get to Florida and as the contract states "Close

with in 5 business days" Most business people now a closing is finalizing

a deal with any balance due at that time which is what this has been about.



 As far as intellectual Property what the heck are you smoking up there Bruce you

low life scum bag. You own nothing that I have done anything with all you do is

set up recurring payments that can be done with any good company I have been in

and out of the hospital you stupid thief so if it makes you feel better and you

want to keep telling yourself these bed time stories have at it I have all the

documents which I am going to post all you had to do was give the refund you

were the one who wanted the release signed I did that that was February then again

you cried about it in March when Detective Donaly came calling I waited till

April to post on Rip off report because I hear there are others you have tried

to steal from as well.

I will be happy to post every e-mail from you to me saying the check is in the mail etc. If you want to continue this Bruce keep it up

Gregory Watkins agreed to license a product form us for $10,000.  He paid down $5000 total (see below emails)  on two separate ocassions with a balance of $5000 due per our agreement.  He was to pay the balance on Dec 3rd, 2010, which he never did, thus no training has been given.  He has been forwarded ALL of our sales collateral and we were waiting for the balance to be paid.  In the mean time, he has contacted a local investigator since we would not refund his money.  Per our term sheet and licensee agreement all monies paid are non refundable...please see attached documents (would not allow me to upload) but contact me at browland@icarecreditsolutioins.com and I will send you a copy.  Whenever he pays the balance we will gladly make sure he has training...he has tried to steal and copy our intellectual property for his own product. He was to sign a release and we were going to refund his money, but he has threaten me persdonally and used the Veterans as a shield... also posted negative remarks on RIPOFF REPORT...once it has been taken off, we will gladly refund his money even though we are not liable to do so...he called wanting his money back because he couldn't sell a car to finish paying for his Licensee Agreement...Typical used car salesman...I have a coupy of his signed Term Sheet and Licensee agreement where his fees are non-refundable...if he pays the balance or takes down his lies off this report we would gladly refund his money...he was sent a release and settlemement which he only signed after he relealized he had no legal action...all of his lies are catching up with him and karma is very real...We have great businesses doing business with us...see (((ROR REDACTED))) and click on new clients...they have telephone #s and direct links to thier websites...they are all happy!
 
Here is a copy of his email sent on the 30th of Nov...he was to pay the balance by the 3rd of Dec...NEVER HAPPENED.

I spoke to the Credit Union today They only sent $3975.00 I said they had a new Girl process that twice I should have just done 5 k on the card and been done with it, I am truly sorry for that  I will give you the discover card to take the $1025.00
I should have the other 5000.00  by Thursday. Thanks and Shanna and I will be praying form their father and family.
