The Fulfillment Center and Bruce Mcinnis Jr. are making some claims that I call into question. Bruce McInnis claims that his "Section 609 Credit Disputing System" is in fact patented and the only "patented" credit disputing system to utilize section 609 of the FCRA. It would make sense that a consumer could then go and check the validity of that patent with the USPTO, however after much searching I have found no such patent exists and no patent pending for the "Disputing" system exists or has ever existed according to the US patent office.
Bruce McInnis is aware that many websites that promote his system plainly state that his "disputing system" is the only "patented and trademarked" system of its kind in the market. I think Bruce McInnis should either post the actual patent documentation on his website or he should make a public apology for lieing and misleading consumers with his nonsense patent claim.
If Bruce McInnis proves he has or ever had a patent for the "section 609 disputing system" I will retract my statement.

I personally would like to know what the patent is for. As far as I know it is not about 609. You can't patent law.

We do not prescribe to the BBB to make people feel we are "safe" and not a scam. We also know the reputation in the BBB world is one of doubt too. News reports have shown many lawsuits against them for favorable reporting when they are paid these large fees by companies.....it is amazing that these company ratings are A+, even though they show hundreds of complaints. Add up the number of real complaints against my company since 1999. You will be able to count all of them on your two hands.

Email, Mail, Telephone, Fax & Online Operator. If you can't reach us it is because you haven't tried. We have a confirmation response system in place that will notify us when something is received from any of these mediums and it will send a confirmation
back to the customer letting them know we have what they sent.
We have a DAILY teaching Newsletter that is sent to every customer....260 days during the year the customer is educated on the entire eBook series they purchased....along with tips to save money, Q&A series to answer hard questions they may have about finance, etc. Our contact information is listed on EVERY one of these as well.
The reason we have such a great reputation in 12 years in business is that we will not allow someone to walk away unhappy. I offer to extend my free dispute system to them, restart them if they have failed to stay on top of it, even two years later I have said to them....no problem....let's get you back on
track.....and NEVER do I charge someone anything to continue....they purchased the Educational System once.....that is all they will ever pay for.

Yes where is the Patent?

If I had spent years of my life inventing, developing, and patenting "The section 609 credit disputing system", not only would I protect it, I think any reasonable person would be very proud and put on public display the verification of such a interesting, marketable, and valuable patent.
What exactly did Bruce patent? Certainly Bruce was not the first person to utilize section 609 and 611 of of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, federal statutory law that has been on the books since the 1970's. I think Bruce should explain in clear terms exactly what he patented, when he got the patent, and how can customers go to USPTO to inspect the patent themselves.
Bruce do all of your customers a service and direct them to your patent information and documentation so they will know that you really have a patent. I think the "section 609 credit disputing system" was never patented, but please prove me wrong if I am.
