bruce titus olympia nissan recommended several solutions to a serious complaint on a 5 year old vehicle. we have fixed all of them and now they are recommending 1200 dollars of new repairs to fix the same complaint. olympia Washington

we took our vehicle in for a problem with rattling / shaking and a squeaking noise. They recommended a fix with a front axle, the tires and alignment. We addressed all of this, and 800 dollars later the issue was not resolved.  we recently received the vehicle back with the same noise and worse shaking and now they are recommending a rear axle universal joint repair this will cost 1200 more. Seems like they are trying to take advantage of my wife, and milking us for money. we have used Nissan dealerships for all of our service since we bought the car and have never had a problem until visiting Bruce Titus Olympia Nissan. I was in contact with Bruce in service and mark in service the manager was supposed to contact me all week long but has apparently been sick.
