Bruces Speed Shop brucesspeed.com, brucesonlinespeedshop Sold Me a item from their website that they dont stock rockaway nj New Jersey

i purchased a item from Brucesspeed.com , waited 10 days for the item to come and never did, i contacted them and spoke with Bruce, i was told that they havent been in stock for a long time and i was issued a refund, as i asked why do they sell an item on their site they that dont stock i got attitude, as i hung up i went on to my account and noticed there was no refund, i called back, Bruces wife answers and tells me Bruce that i just talked to is far away welding , as i explain to her the situation im in, her attitude changes for the worst, and  proceedes to tell me theyve been racing for 4 days bla bla, well i ordered the item 11 days prior, so theres a 6-7 day window where i should of atleast recieved a message saying they dont have the item, as we exchange words all the sudden Bruce got all his welding gear off an must of ran to othe phone, to basically get an attitude about my money..... then proceedes to tell me that he will be sending my refund in the form of a check, after he said i was already issued a refund, so i used a credit card electronically to get a refund in a paper check? then the convo basically ened by him telling me to go f**k myself and figure out how to get my money back....which i did, but this scammer needs to be stopped!
