Hired individual in 2010 to perform typical property management duties. Provided necessary tools and funds to manage properties. Provided reference so individual could obtain additional work.
Individual 'lost' approximately $7000 and did not repay. Did not perform any contracted duties to minimum acceptable standards, including maintenace, tenant management, rent collection and so on. Regularly disappeared for days without contact with any stakeholders. Suspect alchohol a factor.
When fired for above cause, used legal system to remain on owner's property and did not pay rent for 4 months. Degraded owner's property with filthy living habits. Fought eviction with various strategems such as lack or repairs and rental licenses on properties he was supposed to be managing. Without permission created rental contract with roommate, who was subsequently arrested for narcotics dealing. Convinced same roommate to not pay rent.
Civil suit pending. Recommend no business relationship of any kind with this individual.
