Consumer Solutions operates on Ebay and also goes by the name CS Market, advertises New, Never Opened Cellular Phones. I bought one and received an old one that did not work. Confirmed with Motorola by the serial number on the phone that it had been returned by a previous owner for repair, but was not repaired because it has liquid damage and could not be repaired. Consumer Solutions sends a RMA return of merchandize form that threatens prosecution if you return it for a refund and file a dispute with PayPal, or your Credit Card Company. They use SquareTrade to withdrawn Negative feedback if you don't fight it. Bryan Corbett is the owner and has operated under dealoutlet, and cs makets previously on EBAY. Ebay has been informed but he continues to falsely advertise new cellular phone and recieve negative feedback.
