1. Bryan Corbett engages in deceptive advertising by stating that he is in possession of critical piece of information in his eBay auction posting that a buyer ".. may be able to download unlock instructions from various websites" whereas in reality, as he admitted in his E-mail following the sale, he "doesn't know where the card can be unlocked."
He did not respond to a single one of the nine messages I sent to him prior to bidding on the item, asking for confirmation that he has this information.
2. The seller charged me $15.00 for shipping the box measuring 10"x8"x4" and weighing under 6 ounces from ZIP 15086 in PA to ZIP 11106 in New York - by UPS Ground!
