Do your background work on the clients or companies you work with...Don't work until you have the clarity whether the client has the capability to pay you for the work you do for them...All of a sudden they even shut down the campaign(middle of dialing) after giving good live transfers as we were told...We did a mistake by believing a company and still they have not paid for the work.

They read my text messages and emails but never replies..They told me 2 weeks earlier that they would pay up and till now i haven't received a single penny from the company... After seeing this message public and if they don't resolve the issue within a day or two I will post the email and conversations and the company name so that no one would work with them....

Please don't deal with Bryant And Hodge Associates for Debt Collections campaign...He won't pay you but rather comes with reasons all the time and he never responds to email or calls. Yesterday I called him and he never responded but it went to voice mail and his inbox is full..We can't even leave msgs to this person..

I sent him an email and it bounced back..This is the way he treats the center after doing the right work he guided us to do...He was supposed to pay on 15th Nov 2018 as promised and till now not even single penny what was promised is been paid... Please I request centers not work with Brandon Wilson from Bryant And Hodge Associates for Debt collections...

Hi Brad,

 

Cynosure worked for BHA from 18th September to 22nd October on the salary based-bonus model. 

Despite BHA’s constant explicit communication of being happy with the team, the process was stopped abruptly without any intimation. Upon doing so , correspondence details were asked for to share consolidated reports for monies earned and owed which to date has not been shared despite several requests . 

Over the weeks, BHA has not only failed to establish communication, but has also failed to respond to our continuous reminder mails and calls. As you can understand , this unavailability and silence on the matter puts us through considerable and ongoing financial difficulty beyond the implications of attrition .Resolution of the same would be in everybody’s interests and I urge you to have the payments rightfully due, processed on priority in this regard .

We require the payments for the collection services we have offered by this Thursday at the latest. 

Kindly treat this matter as most  urgent and process the payments on priority

I’ve just tried reaching you several times in connection with the previous mail wherein you communicated that we would receive the payment by the 15th . I got through to you the first time after which I only got the answering machine where I couldn’t leave a message , hence this mail .

 

A prompt response to and addressing of this over due payment would be appreciated as I’ve explained the situation in the previous mail .

The last time you communicated, you spoke to Adarsh over LinkedIn stating you’ll look into the resolution of the matter on 4/12/18.

Earlier, you had also mentioned you’ve already initiated the wire transfer. Prior to this you mailed me saying the money should reach us by November 15th 2018. However, no money has been transferred to us as yet. 

We haven’t heard from you since. Despite our constant efforts to establish communication, BHA has been unavailable over calls and e-mails with the issue being left unresolved. There has been no means to contact you over phone as all calls go unanswered . Whether this disconnect has been wilful or not ,we have been patient for far too long trusting what you have been saying to be true but unfortunately doing that has put us in a predicament . 

Whatever be the issue , the least we expect is communication and response from your end, without which leads us to believe this is a deliberate attempt to mislead by way of promises that aren’t intended to be kept and untrue information given . I allowed sufficient time for you to look into the matter (since you said that over LinkedIn )that you said you’d do , but again no information post that was forthcoming . I would appreciate a word on this matter at the earliest Brandon to resolve this impending issue .

Call us on +91 98454 90724 within the day to resolve this amicably whilst we still can , else, you would leave us no option but to pursue alternative means available to us  to resolve this matter of past due payment .

As things stand , given the excuses you have been giving us , there is no plausible explanation for your actions but for wilful deceit and fraud and shall be treated as such from hereon . 

Your constant unavailability and refusal to entertain communication point precisely to that. 

We have been thoroughly professional throughout our association and even after but it has never been reciprocated from your end and there has always been a delay in receiving payments by giving baseless excuses for months now and your solicitation of business from our agents was outright unprofessional . 

In our initial training you made a mention of who you were and your affiliation with the BBB , but upon validating your accreditation status we were left disappointed . So as such misusing the BBB to portray trust is just plain wrong when you intend defrauding overseas companies and will be taken up with them as well . 

Treat this as a final reminder to resolve all outstanding payments, salaries , bonuses and commissions . You may choose to give me a call on the number mentioned or reply to this mail to do so . I will wait no longer than seven days from today to have this payment received in full , failing which I intend to pursue all and every legal means available to us as a company for complete recovery of due amount , interest and damages and will file suit for fraud played by you , your company and all associates for your misdeeds and nature of conducting business which has cost us heavily , all of which is recoverable in full . I am affording you  the chance to have this resolved before you hear from an attorney there on our behalf. I will offer all assistance to state authority to have this issue addressed so no other Center and debtor stands to lose from your fraudulent intentions if any . 

Should you feel this is not what you’re intentions are , feel free to reach out to resolve this amicably while it still can .

I know its not your problem but the irs took 6300.00 from my account last week. And put a ten day hold on my account. I should have the matter resolved tbis week...i still hope to resolve thus matter with you...and hopefully do business with you in the future...
