Bryant King Photography I WILL NEVER SEE MY WEDDING PICTURES AGAIN!!!!Internet

My story begins back in February searching for a photographer, while searching I came upon Thumbtack.com and register in search for a wedding photographer.  I received 12 bidders and one of the bidders was Bryant King Photography.  Decide to go with Bryant because he was lowest bidder and we were paying for our own wedding.  On February 16, 2011, I received his contract and the requested deposit from pay pal.  In March, I sent back the signed contract along with the initial deposit.  We officially met in April at my house on a weekend.  I ask him several questions and handed him over an official cashier check for the remaining deposit.  Our big day arrived and he took our pictures.  After our wedding was over it states on the contract that I will receive my pictures approximately 7 days.  On May 26, 2011, I received an email from him explaining the delay.  He told me I have 1113 pictures but I only see 800+.  I emailed him back and asked when the remaining pictures will post. At that time, I have not received a response from him. I also contacted him through face book, and final received a response from him apologize again and informing me that he will try to reload or provide me a DVD copy of my wedding pictures.  I told him to provide me a DVD of my pictures with a letter of rights to print.  He said ok, after that, I tired to contact him repeatedly through email and voice message, but no response.  Also his website is closed or no longer in use.
