I hired a Brymon Services Inc. in 2007 to remodel my house.... It has been two years - my house is in a disastrous condition due to STEVE WALDRON, his BRYMON SERVICES INC. company, and sleazy staff including STEVEN WALDRON JR. (his son) and Mark Jackson (his left hand man in crime).

You get a bad feeling with Brymon Services - when they work 3 months and start not showing up at your house (except when Steve Waldron wants his check).
..... Trust your gut feeling - when Steve Waldron and Mark Jackson seem like sleazy sales man - they ARE.
..... High pressure sales tactics such as This price is only valid until I walk out of that door, you have to sign this right now are a very bad sign.

Steve Waldron and Brymon Services Inc. Contractor use scary scenarios to get you to buy more expensive options or more extensive work than what you initially wanted. If problems are uncovered during a project, they should be obvious. (Like a doctor, you can always get a second opinion.)

Steve Waldron & his pathetic company Brymon Sevices Inc. took over 1.5 yrs years to work on my house - then just LEFT my house project high & dry - they never finished the job. Worse than that - they left my house with TERRIBLE PROBLEMS that are now surfacing:

-- Faulty plumbing due to lousy plumber they hired as sub
-- Never insulate my house (I paid for insulation throughout the house - they decided to "skip" that, take my money, and never insulate the house ANYWHERE)
-- Installed HVAC wrong - again due to lousy plumber - leaving homeowner with a mess to deal with (loud HVAC, leaking, not operable).
-- Ongoing headaches the more the homeowner reviews the house in the condition Brymon Services Inc. and Steve Waldron left it.

Meanwhile - Steve Waldron continues to work under Brymon Services, Inc. WITHOUT A LICENSE.

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE BRYMON SERVICES INC. or STEVE WALDRON for ANY HOUSE CONTRUCTION!!!!

BEWARE Steve Waldron may be using a different company name - DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY. HE IS A THIEF.

VIOLATIONS Brymon failed to report a change of Qualified Individual to the Board; failed to execute written change orders; engaged in misconduct, negligence and incompetence in the practice of contracting; and failed to complete work for which it contracted.

BOARD ACTION Revocation of License No. 2705034630 and $8,100 in monetary penalties.
