First, we would like to thank this reviewer for the offer on our 2007 Chevy Malibu. Unfortunately, there are a few items that need to be addressed:

• The offer and price analysis is based on a KBB ‘private party’ (as-is, no warranty) value not the KBB recommended dealer retail price which is based on a fully reconditioned car with a dealer warranty and is considerably higher. We are a Certified Chevrolet dealer and the car was properly reconditioned, state inspected, warranted and beautifully detailed.
• Vehicles offered for sale can be posted at whatever price the dealer feels is competitive in the market it is for the buyer to decide if they want to purchase or make a counteroffer.
• There are no other 2007 Malibu units available with only 12,000 miles within a 500 mile radius making price comparisons nearly impossible.
• We have checked a wide area for similar vehicles and found many with 4-5 times the mileage and similar features offered for prices close to our offered price.
• This is not the first time this potential customer has made similar offers and insisted on a price far below the market.
• This potential buyer is from over 100 miles away and never came to see or test drive the car before making an offer.

This is a single family 4^th generation Chevrolet dealership with an outstanding reputation in the area.
