Called Bsecure Technologies for technical support and was told that the company put out untested software, they were having problems, but had no estimated time frame for the bugs to be fixed. Called back several times to check on the status and the story changed each time. I was told that my computer was the problem even though it worked fine before installing. They even went as far as telling me that I was the problem and didn't know what I was doing.
The anti virus does not work and left my computer completely unprotected. I was told to remove my restore points to get it to work, but it still does not so I had to restore everything manually.
After calling for support from day one and troubleshooting, I am now unable to get a refund because their so called troubleshooting went over my thirty day trial period. Even after I was referred to someone they call a "level two" technician, they provided very little advanced support and messed up my computer even more. I could only access my internet on a limited basis if at all.
Overall, this company is a fraud and tries to fault customers for their own short falls. The customer support department is nearly non existent and if you put in a complaint to have a manager call you back it never happens. Awful!!! I do not recommend this product at all!

My Experiences with bsecure/bsafe have been Quite Different

I have been a customer of bsafeonline (now bsecureonline) for over 3 years. I and my family use their products and I have recommended it to many of my congregation.
The product works as advertised and does a much better job at protecting the family from the threats on the Internet than the two products I had tried previously.
As far as their technical support, they have always treated me with the utmost respect and gone far and above what should expect for a free level of support in today's economy.
I would recommend this company, and their products, to anyone who is truly concerned with protecting their family from all of the porn and other threats that seem to be growing in greater numbers every year.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds
Happened all the time!

I worked for the company and they encouraged short talk times, many times sending customers canned responses saying it was their computer. The software is buggy at best and tech support can not spend the time to fix it. Portions of the software have been broken for years without a fix and yet they still sell it. Billing will go on and on until you call, make sure you get a copy of your cancellation in email. The company is being hit hard by the current market and laid off some of the longest tenured support staff. If there is a problem with the product, don't expect any updates to fix it fast, once they have your money you are stuck.
