BSK Motors, Inc. Reported Repo years later when I returned the car within 2 weeks because it died and agreement was to get another car and never gave me car. Jacksonville Florida

 Several years ago I financed a car through BSK Motors and Jimmy, the manager or owner promised to get me another car due to the Malibu I got had so many problems and died after 2 weeks to a month later. I returned the no good car because I couldn't drive it and he was going to get me another car. Well, that never happened so I went somewhere else and got a car. I look on my credit report and I see he has put on my credit report a repossession at the amount of $13,500. This happened years ago and he just did this. How in the world is able to do this. I gave the car back because it wasn't driveable and we had a verbal agreement. He is the biggest scammer and rude and disrespectful. Trying to get my credit in order and he just placed this on my credit report.
