I ordered the Grant master cd in order to find grant money for school. I received the CD plus a charge for 1.99. I thought all was well, until an amount of $39.95 was taken out of my account. I called the company demanded a refund and told them to cancel this account. I did receive a refund, but instead of cancelling my account this company started to charge my card that I had used to order the cd $9.95 and 7.95. I have to search all over the internet to get the phone number for this company, once I found it, it had been disconnected!

I called the number on the CD and finally got someone. I demanded my money back, was told that since I had not called in earlier that they were NOT going to refund my money. I then demanded to talk to the supervisor. After holding for 20 minutes, I was finally connnected to Tim Osgood. After explaining the situation to this young man, he agreed to cancel the account and refund me my money. I asked him to destroy my card number via deletion or shredding, he refused either and said that the company needed my records to keep on file. I sure hope this is the end of this awful nightmare. I did inform this company I was going to report them to the FBI as well as the BBB, this is fradulent activity that should not be allowed to happen to American Citizens!
